    so long as no-one is asking me to run a mile - I'm quite happy to pay someone else to do it for me ! Saying that - cross country skiing is hard work....14Km before throwing up - a new record...

    When I see it telly they all end up with frozen "snotticles" hanging from their faces. Not a good look. Please tell me you take along a good handkerchief.
